This was not my first visit to The Preserve Spa, and once again, it did not disappoint. The property is beautiful and very well maintained—definitely a high-end, relaxing environment. � The Preserve I was warmly greeted by Mary at the front desk, and the entire staff was friendly and professional throughout. The locker rooms were clean and well kept. My massage with Laura was excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the heated table made a big difference. The session included a skin treatment (an exfoliating peel) along with a weighted blanket, which added to the overall experience. The deep tissue work was exactly what I needed—thorough, effective, and very well done. As a plus-sized client, I felt completely comfortable and at ease during the entire session, which I really appreciated. Overall, a top-quality experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend The Preserve Spa and will be back.

I have been numerous times to the Hilltop Spa at The Preserve and it is pure tranquility! It ioffers luxurious treatments and warm, attentive service that make every visit feel like an escape. The serene atmosphere and breathtaking views make it easily one of the best spa experiences anywhere. My monthly massages are the highlight of my time to reset and relax.

I had the pleasure of a massage treatment last week with Laura. This was my first appointment at the Hilltop Spa. I have used massage therapy sessions as part of my workout recovery which has enabled me to continue with my regular exercise routine of the past thirty years which has included intense cardio and strength training exercise as well as yoga. Laura’s massage was the best I’ve ever had in thirty years of getting massage treatments! She was very personable and extremely professional which is what I would expect in that setting. But what amazed me the most is how she really listened to me and addressed the areas that I felt I needed the most attention. My neck, lower back and hips have never felt so good. She intuitively knew just how much pressure I could take and used massage techniques that I’ve never experienced. It was obvious from the onset that Laura knows her stuff and is well experienced. I was so impressed and felt the best I’ve ever had after a massage. The atmosphere was so serene which also allowed me to totally zone out which has never happened to me with past massages. Her bonus foot and hand massage was a wonderful surprise as well. I plan on making future appointments with Laura and would recommend her for her professionalism and engaging personality.

My experience at the spa at the preserve was amazing! I booked an appointment with Stephanie for a hydration and plumping facial and my skin is glowing! The grounds were beautiful and the spa was so clean and calm. I can wait to go back to see Stephanie!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The facility is beautiful and well kept, you can tell they take a lot of pride in it. Mimi was incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating throughout our experience and ensured our time there was completely stress free. The level of customer service alone makes this spa stand out. It may be a little pricey, but the quality of service, welcoming atmosphere, and overall experience made it completely worth it.
